Imeem is gone, Kazaa has been gone, the courts got them but can the courts keep up with this technology? Who knows..just like industry leaders have to catch up with this tech boom so does the law. Since the law has shown promise, music has taken it, molded it into a weapon, and has threatened to cut into radio. Radio is putting up a fight of course but in the meantime some artist are running around like a headless chickens meddling in other concepts.
